When Doug Puddifant and Brian Welch started Westpoint in 1986 they knew there were plenty of good products on the market, and while we carried many of them proudly (and still do), what set us apart from other plumbing manufacturers’ representatives is our commitment to service, knowledge and professionalism. That still holds true.
Most of our clients have their own clients so we strive to make our partnerships as easy as possible. With prompt and attentive service, great consideration for detail, and an eye on ensuring our clients have everything they need to make informed decisions, we work with you to ensure each project is successful.

- Providing technical or design training / product knowledge sessions
- Creating comprehensive specification packages that include both aesthetic and costing options
